Return Information

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return the new/unused item in the original package, with a copy of the invoice, prepaid within 45 days after original purchase.

An exchange or credit will be issued, no refunds. A credit remains on file for 2 years, after which time it expires. Shipping charges will not be credited.

Items returned outside of the 45 day period are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted more than 90 days after original purchase.

A return authorization number must be given for all returns, this number and the original invoice number must be written on the outside of the package.

Special Orders are non-returnable. All Sale and Clearance priced items are final sale and are non-returnable.

Return shipments must be pre-paid by customer. Returns shipped collect will not be accepted. We recommend that all returns be insured for full value to protect yourself from loss. Returns must be packaged properly. Returned items damaged in return shipping due to improper packaging will not be accepted. Returns of items that were shipped in error will have return shipping refunded by Strictly V-Twin Inc.

Un-packaged items can only be returned due to a manufacturers defect. If such a defect has occurred contact Strictly V-Twin Inc and a solution and replacement item will be determined.

Electrical Parts, Videos, Books, Helmets, Open Gasket Sets and Clothing are not returnable. Fuel Tanks, Frames and other items in raw finishes cannot be returned once painted or plated.

Exhausts cannot be returned due to discoloration. Discoloration is a characteristic of improper tuning and is not covered under warranty.
